Hi, I am glad you visited the website today. I am Scott and I can make/design anything for you (at least my wife says I can). My wife, Tina, and I have two beautiful sons. Tina is a nurse and so we decided that I would become the stay-at-home parent. We created Giesbrecht Machine & Tool to start a family business and put my considerable skills to good use. After completing the Mechanical Technician Tool and Die programme at Fanshawe College, I began my career as a Tool and Die Maker. The last seven years before starting my current journey as a business owner, I worked in a small family owned shop. There I worked extensively, creating many new, highly customized lathe and milling tools, as well as modifying existing tools to meet new customer requirements.
At Giesbrecht Machine & Tool, I am developing my own line of lathe tools. I am starting with just a few but am in constant development and testing of new designs. I use only high-quality tool steels from Uddeholm. My tools are designed and machined right here at home, and I strive to deliver only the highest of quality.
